Scott Roeder circa 1995 |
Sullenger's relationship with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts investigators, is documented below. KSBHA's relationship with former state Attorney General Phill Kline is less certain other than circumstantial dates, events and actions that were undertaken either in tandem or consecutively in the years 2003 - 2007 during his elected term in office.
Gov. Sam Brownback and the large group of lobbyists operating in and around the Topeka statehouse for Kansans for Life (KFL) relationship to Sullenger is also less than certain so far, but their common political and religious goal, punishing women who have abortions and the doctors who perform them while outlawing the procedure is shared by all.
At right, above, an early mug shot of Scott Roeder, jailed from July 11, 1997 to March 26, 1998 for violating parole on a 1996 conviction for having bomb components in his car trunk wired to an unconnected trigger in the front seat.
Coming soon, "Who is Dr. Garold Minns?" |
He was released on appeal after serving 8 months on a 4th amendment technical violation.
Roeder was a known associate of current Operation Rescue agent, convicted California abortion clinic bomber Cheryl Sullenger. Her cell phone number was posted on the dash of a vehicle Roeder was driving when apprehended approximately three hours after the May 31, 2009 shooting of Dr. Tiller in his Wichita church during worship services. Sullenger later admitted to providing the dates and times of Dr. Tiller's appearances at the March 2009 criminal trial in Wichita.
Court video of that trial have Roeder, fellow OR leader Troy Newman and Sullenger simultaneously attending the trial, at times seated together. Sullenger filed the original complaint with KSBHA against both Dr.(s) Tiller and Neuhaus in 2006, three years before Roeder assassinated him.
